Main Room

(approx. 23’ x 42’)
$65 per hour or part
$260 for four hours
$455 for eight hours, $65 for each additional hour or part after eight

Holds approx. 75 people (w/chairs)

Weekend rentals – 5 hour MINIMUM

Office One & Two

Office One – 17’ x 12’ (Holds 14 people/chairs)
Office Two – 17’ x 9’ (Holds 10 people/chairs)

$25 per hour or part
$100 for four hours

Pillows, Blankets, Yoga Equipment, Chairs, Tables

Hourly Renters

- Pay before or after session. Use envelope and drop in lock box behind main desk. Make checks
payable to The New Seminary.
- Yoga and Tai Chi instructors: Keep list of students and pay bi-weekly (1st & 15th of each month).
- Use envelope and drop in lock box behind main desk. Include list of participants.
- After each class, put sign-in sheet with list of students in lock box as well.
- If you miss a class and cancel without notice, you will be charged for time reserved.

Regular Monthly Renters

- Checks and credit card payments are due on the 1st of each month.
- Make checks payable to The New Seminary.
- If you miss your scheduled time or cancel without notice, you will be charged for the time reserved.

Single Workshops

- Contracts and/or equipment riders must be signed.
- Deposit of 1/3 total due at signing
- Remaining balance due the week of the class.
- Separate $75 cleaning fee (deposit) – this will be returned if the space is left in the same condition as found.

Long Term Contract Renters (at least once per week)

- Contracts run January through June, July through August, September through December.
- Note number of weeks in each month and charge accordingly
- Contract renewal January 1st, July 1st, September 1st
- Checks and credit card payments due the first of each month.
- If the Center cancels your event/class, you will be credited at that time.
- If you cancel the event/class, there will be no refund.

Cancellation Fee

- If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, there will be a cancellation fee of 10% of the full workshop fee deducted from your deposit.
- If you cancel 7 to 30 days before the event, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the full
workshop fee deducted from your deposit.
- If you cancel 7 days or less before the event, you forfeit your entire deposit.
- Any balance of remaining deposit will be applied to future dates.

Equipment Rentals

- The following equipmnet is available for rental:
- DVD Player – $15 per day
- Projector – $30 per day
- Movie Screen – $10 per day
- Rental Equipment Agreement must be signed.
